CMAS (Colorado Measures of Academic Success) & CoAlt

 

CMAS and CoAlt are the assessments that are mandated by the Colorado Department of Education.  CMAS is given to our 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders. All 3rd-6th students take the Math and English Language Arts assessments. Additionally,  5th grade takes a science assessment. There will not be a social studies CMAS test in the 2023-2024 school year.

2023-2024 School Year Testing Window:

April 1st, 2024-April 26th, 2024

Typically, testing is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the morning. 3rd, 4th, and 6th graders have 6 tests (3 English Language Arts and 3 Math), and 5th graders have 9 (3 English Language Arts, 3 Math, 3 Science)

Parents, please be aware of these dates and try to schedule trips, appointments etc around them as much as possible.
