My husband and I have been married for 13 years and have three children. During my time away from school, my family and I enjoy the mountains, skiing and SEC football.

Mrs. Dimon

Hi! My name is Sophorn Ven and I am so excited to get to know you and to be your teacher this year!  I graduated from California State University  Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and a Minor in English Literature.  Go Toros!

I’ve known since I was five years old that I wanted to be a teacher and I truly believe that teaching is my passion!  I have taught for over eight years but this will be my first-year teaching 5th Grade at Coyote Creek.  I previously taught middle school English and Reading in California which is also where I grew up.

My husband and I have been married for ten years and we have a five-year-old daughter, who will be starting kindergarten this year.  We love hiking and finding new adventures to share as a family.  I look forward to making new memories and sharing many adventures with you!

Mrs. Ven
